When Fred Buesching uncovered rich peat moss in his farm field in 1947, a family business was born. In 1970, the business was taken over by Fred’s son, Kenton, and then in 1987 his grandson Dan joined the business. Over the years, their combined efforts, skill, and accumulated landscaping knowledge has made Buesching's Peat Moss and Mulch the company professional landscapers trust with their important projects, and home gardening enthusiasts turn to for expert advice.
Closely tied to the community, Buesching's is a proud supporter of local school sports teams, as well as 4H. Buesching's facility is also a destination for educational field trips.
